Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our QC (Quality Control) team is responsible for ensuring the quality of the shoes in every detail. This includes the quality of the materials, color coordination, the quality of printing and embroidery on the upper part of the shoes, the craftsmanship of the shoes themselves, the way they are packed into cartons, and finally, the process of loading them into the container. They closely monitor the production process step by step to make sure that the shoes meet the required quality standards. Meanwhile, they are also responsible for assessing the quality of the newly-developed samples.
Quality Control Procedures
First, check the quality of the newly-developed product. Then, once an order is placed, they follow the production process at every stage. This process starts from inspecting the raw materials in terms of color and quality, proceeds to cutting, sewing, assembling, and finally includes the steps of packing and loading the products into the container.
